The following are protected intellectual property of Dream Life Design:

• The 12-module curriculum, structure, and methodology
• All course videos, audio, and written content
• The Dream Life Blueprint generation system and format
• The DLDB Agent AI coaching system and prompts
• All worksheets, templates, calculators, and tools
• Branding elements including logos, names, and visual identity
• The platform's software, code, and user interface design

Content you create within the platform — such as your personal reflections, worksheet responses, goals, and your Dream Life Blueprint — remains your own. By submitting content to community areas of the platform, you grant Dream Life Design a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform.

Purchase of a subscription or any product from Dream Life Design does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only a limited licence to use the materials as described in the Course Terms & Conditions.

You may not, without written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, or resell any course content
• Use the Dream Life Design name, logo, or brand in any manner
• Build or offer competing products or services using our materials
• Reverse engineer any part of the platform or AI systems
• Claim authorship or ownership of any Dream Life Design content

Dream Life Design actively protects its intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and claims for damages under Australian and international law.
