DLDB Refund Policy

Please review the Dream Life Design Blueprint program details carefully before purchasing.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to complete the program, lack of participation, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to achieve a desired personal outcome.

Individual results vary, and no specific financial, personal, professional, relationship, health or lifestyle outcome is guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Where the program or service has a minor problem, we may correct the problem, restore access, replace affected materials or reperform the relevant service within a reasonable time.
• Where there is a major failure, or a problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, the customer may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal payments but does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for amounts already paid.

Refund or remedy requests must be submitted in writing through the contact details provided on the DLDB website. We will assess each request in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
